LATE CANCELLATION /NO-SHOW  POLICY

Please Review Prior to Booking:  

Cancellation Policy:

Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's OK.

There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Late cancellation: is when a client cancels between four and 24hrs in advance of their scheduled appointment time.

If you need to make a change to your reservation, please provide 24hours notice to avoid $35 late cancellation fee.

No-show:

is when a client cancels within THREE hours or less of their scheduled appointment time,

or doesn’t show up to their appointment for any other reason. In this event the client will be charged 100% of services scheduled.

By scheduling a service you are agreeing to our cancellation and no show policies:

We require a complete 24 hour notice for ALL cancellations (NO EXCEPTIONS).

***There will be a $35 late cancellation fee to rebook your next session. No-shows will be charged 100% of treatments scheduled.***

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early to your appointment time. 

A late arrival may require a reduced appointment time, at a scheduled price, with respect to the clients that are scheduled after you.

Arriving Late:

Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. Arrive 5 minutes early for any appointment in order to get the full time scheduled. If you arrive late I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested. This time is scheduled just for you and only you which is why I require prepayment to reserve and guarantee your appointment. 

Cancellation/No-Show policy will still apply to Gift Cards/ Gift-Certificates.
